The national housing market is showing clear signs of recovery, according to new data released by the Housing Statistics Agency.
Home sales increased by 5% in February compared to the same period last year, marking the third consecutive month of growth. Average prices have stabilized after declining 15% from their 2024 peak.
"We're seeing a healthy correction, not a collapse," said housing analyst Katarina Holm. "The fundamentals remain strong."
